The coming National Science and Technology Conference on Diagnostics of Industrial Processes in Władysławowo near Gdańsk, Poland, is the 6-th edition in series. Its scope corresponds to the International Symposium on Fault Detection, Supervision and Safety for Technical Processes, SAFEPROCESS, organised by IFAC since 1991. This Conference has a several year history in Poland. It has a scientific support of Polish Academy of Science, the Committee for Robotics and Automation, and since 1996 the Conference has been co-organized periodically by Warsaw University of Technology, University of Zielona Góra, and Gdańsk University of Technology. While in 1999 the Conference has been turned to a two-year science and technology meeting.
